Switchable glass doors
A glazed exterior door switching between clear and private.
What is in this film
The film returns several times to one house, a cedar-shingled front with a glazed entrance of two leaves set in a wood frame under an arched head.
The clearest part is a pair of shots taken from inside. One leaf is switched to its milky white state while the leaf beside it stays clear, and cars on the driveway are visible through the clear one. The two leaves are switched separately. Later the same entrance is clear across both leaves, with a pool and trees behind it.
Other openings show the same glass in other frames: a pair of doors on a flat-roofed modern house, both leaves milky white; a single panel in a dark frame switched fully opaque indoors; and a wider entrance made up of several glazed leaves together.
Nothing is added to any of these openings and nothing is taken off its hinges. The door stays where it is and only the glass changes state.
