Switchable office partitions

Glazed boardroom partitions switching from clear to private.

What is in this film

This was filmed in working offices rather than a showroom. A partition runs the length of a boardroom and is held fully white, with the table and chairs in front of it. Elsewhere the same kind of run is clear and the room behind it reads as part of the floor.

Two ways of switching appear. In the opening shot a hand holds a small remote in front of a meeting room. Further in, someone switches a run from an app on a phone.

One partition carries a wave pattern across the glass as well as switching. Another is built as folding leaves in a corridor, and those carry switchable glass too, so a wall that moves is also a wall that changes state.

The rooms are ordinary ones: meeting rooms on a glazed floor, a boardroom with the city in its windows, an open office behind a glass wall. A run here is three or four panels, sometimes with a door in it, sometimes turning a corner.
