In financial advice, discretion is not a courtesy. It is the service. Vision Wealth Partners wanted their conference room to show that in the architecture instead of in a policy: open when there is nothing to hide, private the moment a portfolio is on the table.

A glass wall against the open office

The room is bright because it is glazed on two sides: the exterior windows on one, the open office on the other. That glazing also put every meeting in view of the floor.

Blinds would have closed the room and the look with it. For a firm whose office is part of how it presents itself, that was the wrong trade.

What was installed

PriWatt PDLC film was applied to the existing glass panels of the conference-room wall. The low-voltage wiring runs inside the frame to a compact controller, and the room is switched from a small handheld remote: clear to opaque in under a second, with nothing moving and nothing to hear.
